According to a recent study by a British parliamentary committee, former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson purposefully mislead the house about the vacations planned for Covid 19.
The panel declared that Johnson would get a 90-day suspension for misleading the legislature if he did not turn up the mandate.
He will be charged with misusing his power while serving as prime minister.
Johnson, one of the most well-liked politicians in Britain, retaliated by maintaining his innocence and denouncing the 100-page findings of the inquiry.
He said that the results were incorrect and that his Labor Party rivals were using them for political gain.
“The horrifying fact is that the truth has not been distorted by me in order to further my own agenda.”
“This judgment implies that no deputy is exempt from retribution, or expulsion on fabricated allegations by a small minority who wish to see him quit the party,” added Boris.
“This is a bad day for MPs and for democracy.”
Following a British police probe, the committee has been looking into the former prime minister since last June.
The Prime Minister was criticized by the MPs who attended these parties for conducting them when the Covid 19 outbreak was killing thousands of people in Britain.
