According to a telegram from North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to Russian President Vladimir Putin on Russia Day, North Korea has expressed complete support and solidarity with Russia by wishing the latter victory in the armed confrontation against Ukraine.
“Today, the Russian people’s struggle against the growing threats and challenges from hostile forces attempting to undermine the country’s sovereignty is entering a new decisive phase,” Kim Jong Un stated.
He emphasized that the people of North Korea were completely supportive of Russia’s efforts to preserve its national interests.
“Justice will always prevail, and the Russian people will continue to glorify the history of victory,” North Korea’s leader stated.
