Hundreds of people have gathered in Dam Square in Amsterdam to “stand up for justice for Palestinians” and to declare that “The struggle for freedom is not terrorism”
Attendees have been handed flyers warning them not to speak to the media.
“Our demonstration is against the reprehensible policies of the Israeli government, but not against Jews.”
“Anti-Semitic hate speech is also a violation of human rights,” the organisers said.
