A suspected accomplice of Abdesalem Lassoued, the perpetrator of the horrific terrorist assault in Brussels last Monday, was apprehended
On Wednesday morning, the suspect was apprehended in Belgium. However, it is currently unknown whether he was the one who supplied Lassoued with the weapon of war.

The suspect will be brought before the investigating judge later today, with the possibility of further arrest. His arrest was confirmed by Nieuwsblad.BE by sources close to the investigation.
On Monday, October 16, Abdesalem Lassoued killed two Swedish football supporters in Brussels. He used an AR-15, a semi-automatic rifle from the United States. He also had two other weapons with him.
